Responsible for leading and directing the procurement and material management activities of Hospital Corporate Office and Business Units; negotiating complex contracts, pricing discounts, and pricing agreements with vendors; establishing supply chain strategies for acquisition & supplies; directing bid processes; conducting cost/ benefit analyses; reviewing suppliers’ performance reports and recommend actions; ensuring timely replenishment and distribution of the Hospitals & Primary Healthcare Centres supplies, equipment and materials (clinical & non-clinical) as well as overseeing the logistics, transportation, warehousing and customs clearance activities.
