- Providing proactive and excellent client service at all times.

- adhering to all company's policies and procedures, ensuring that all relevant compliance obligations are met and are in line with the relevant authority requirements
- Handle incoming inquiries and customer issues personally or via phone, email and live chat
- Assist clients in account opening procedure, collect documents and keep their records
- Provide support for customer’s trading platform inquiries
- Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues
- Keep detailed record of inquiries, comments and complaints and report them to the management
- Provide training to customers on the use of the Company’s products including website, trading platform and any other related issue
- Adhering to compliance requirements in dealings involving customer data and privacy
- Assist in preparing new material to further educate our audience in the use of our trading platform, our business concept and our products
- Participate in the online community and interact with all inquiries or posts about Orbex in the online social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn…etc.
- In addition to these duties, the employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity to meet the needs of the employer’s business.
