1. Supervise the overall performance of the Sales Department.
2. Ensure individual sales targets are set and communicated to the team.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure company’s growth.
4. Assist the sales team in problem solving and provide them with ultimate technical and interpersonal support.
5. Evaluate the sales team performance versus company’s objectives.
6. Build and maintain a strong and professional customer relationship to develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers.
7. Explore new business opportunities from existing customers and prospects, ensuring a maximum penetration of Posta Plus into the market.
8. Achieve individual sales target.
9. Assist in recruiting and training new joiners in the Sales Department.
10. Increase awareness about the company and its products.
11. Prepare customers’ quotations and agreements while ensuring proper implementation of company’s pricing guidelines and profitability targets.
12. Negotiate prices and contracts’ terms.
13. Solve customers’ conflicts through effective negations while ensuring customers’ satisfaction and company’s profitability at a time.
14. Attend to customers’ calls and emails professionally to ensure their needs are recognized and met.
15. Develop and implement a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for maximizing
16. Confidentially maintain a detailed, up to date database for all company’s customers and prospects.
17. Monitor customers’ performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure Company’s service level. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer
18. Prepare reports and submit them to management.
19. Gather market information and prepare reports about competition.
20. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
