ROLE SUMMARY:
Data gathering, analysis and development of insights based on diverse business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting data input and analysis for all projects based on planned projects under the Market Intelligence Calendar along with unplanned projects (adhoc basis).
Review and interpret the results of research, analyze impact of conclusions, and summarize and prepare comprehensive reports.
Analysis and development of insights for customer satisfaction scores based on various channels of customer engagement.
Support in development of research objectives, methodologies, timelines and analysis in collaboration with the Market Intelligence Team and Stakeholders.
Support in development of Competitive Intelligence reports to define current gaps of portfolio brands vs. competing brands.
Development of Market Intelligence Reports based on primary and secondary research data.
Presenting of Market Intelligence Reports to stakeholders.
In coordination with the line Manager, leveraging of the Call Center for research purposes.
Conducting of secondary and primary research.
Support in data gathering requirements for projects requiring field work.
