• Site management; daily site supervision of ongoing projects, following up on the daily work progress from conception to completion
• Review project details in terms of scheduled deliverables and approved budget
• Review and approval of all submittals including shop drawings, material submittals & samples
• Attendance of weekly/daily progress meetings to follow up on the progress of work and produce minutes
• Maintain quality assurance & quality control by enforcing the company construction procedure manual
• Work with other departments to co-coordinate inputs on ongoing projects
• Check payment requests received from contractors and approve percentage completed
• Prepare internal and external monthly progress reports as required
• Effectively manage existing projects with the assigned service engineer(s) (ME/EE/CE)
• Maintain time and quality of all projects
• Review and justify quotations and claims from contractors
• Enforce safety rules (Agility booklet ) at all times and report non-compliance from contractor(s)
