Main purpose of the Job
To assist in providing strategic direction and development of marketing initiatives for the postpaid segment of VIVA’s target market, to enable VIVA in meeting and enhancing its post-paid subscriber targets and help achieve segment market share.
Job Objective
1.Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Post-paid segment strategy and plans in order to ensure alliance with the company’s business line needs and objectives.
2.Contribute to the development of marketing (post-paid segment) policies, procedures and guidelines and participate in overseeing their implementation.
3.Prepare and recommend the budget related to post-paid segment and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
4.Recommend the post-paid segment plan and roadmap to define product and service concept ideas in order to help VIVA achieve its post-paid subscriber target objectives.
5.Develop strategy/tactics for attracting customer at the most efficient and competitive cost, ensuring achievement of post-paid subscriber and revenue objectives for the segment.
6.Provide an understanding of the segment needs and coordinate on pricing for the post-paid segment portfolio (For Voice, Data & Blackberry) to recommend value propositions and promotions.
7.Ensure customer feedback on value propositions/promotions is collected efficiently and coordinate for market testing in order to consider refinements for the post-paid products and services before launch.
8.Establish business cases for development of new products and services and coordinate with the finance team to receive feedback on viability of the recommendations.
9.Work closely with the sales and customer care to develop the right value propositions and promotions.
