• Organize and build effective merchandising techniques that deliver the set targets and objectives.
• Communicate and train the team to effectively and successfully implement the company’s merchandising strategy.
• Achieve company/brand merchandising standards to achieve KPI goals.
• Ensure that the retail selling price is in line with company’s direction and report any deviations.
• Manage and report trade inventory status.
• Update team on product knowledge and assist in the required training programs.
• Manage inventory as per company policy and KPIs.
• Ability to segregate and select promotional items based on FIFO terms and other company criteria.
• Understanding of planograms and ability to make informed and well balanced selections of products for each branch based on company criteria.
• Assist in the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and productive business relationship with all suppliers, customers and employees.
• Effectively communicate and implement the company’s vision, mission, strategy, values and culture.
