- Achievement of the business’s strategic objectives
- Coordinating with departments to achieve the Strategic Objectives - Marketing, Operations, Production Finance and IT
- Development of information systems for the efficient management of the business
- Maintenance of quality and service standards
- Development and maintenance of written systems for each department
- Interviewing and selection of employees for the brand
- Development of employee training systems and oversight of their implementation
- Organise the performance review of employees carried twice yearly
- Checking of client invoices and function reports
- Approval of all purchases above KDX
- Preparation and maintenance of budgets for all sections of the business
- Work with the Sales & Marketing department on implementation of the Marketing Plan
- Supervise the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen
- Supervise the Restaurant Managers in the management of functions and logistics
- Manager the business’s safety, security and hygiene systems
- Manage the supply, security and cost of beverage stock, including monthly stocktaking and reconciliation
- Ensure the successful resolution of customer complaints
- Responsible for evaluation, approval and purchase of new equipment
- Development and review of all systems manuals
