Job Title: Tendering Engineer (Construction) Location: Kuwait Start Date: January 2026 Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tender Engineer to prepare and submit competitive tenders for construction projects in Kuwait. This role involves cost estimation, bid management, and risk analysis to secure new projects. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and submit detailed tender bids, including pricing and documentation. •Estimate project costs, covering materials, labor, and resources. •Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotes and project details. •Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, scope, and timelines. •Ensure all tenders comply with client requirements and legal standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. •5- 10 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation in the construction industry. •Proficient in tendering processes, construction software (MS Project, Procore, etc.), and •project documentation. •Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
