- Sales Account Manager /Consultant to Handle our Product Area of Customer Experience Solutions with 6+ years of experience in CX domain or IT solution
- Good Knowledge of Contact center Platform and solutions, chatbot solutions ,survey solutions etc.
- Previous experience with similar solutions will be advantage
- Should be able to give first level presentations and Demo’s
- Good Account management skills .
- Should have good coordination with delivery team.
- Connect with Decision makers, create opportunities and pitch our products and solutions
- Good communications with internal Sales team and presales team to upsell and cross sell products
