We are seeking an experienced and talented Corporate Director of Architect & Interior Designer to join our team. As a Corporate Director of Architect & Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of hotels in our portfolio as well as the commercial real estate. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality and exceeds client expectations.
- Lead the design and development process for hotels in our portfolio, from concept to completion.
- Create and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring alignment with their vision.
- Oversee the selection and coordination of contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in each project.
- Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and approve construction documents, including architectural plans, specifications, and material selections.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, offering technical expertise and solving complex design issues.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to the approved plans and specifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design, materials, and construction techniques.
- Manage a team of architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure design excellence and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, construction teams, and hotel management, to align design strategies with business objectives.
