Supervise and operate the organization’s SAP systems through implementation to best practices which include installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining the company’s investments in proprietary SAP technologies.
Responsible for planning and coordinating the change management of processes required for the support of SAP systems necessary for business operations.
Applies proven communication and problem-solving skills to solve issues related to the deployment of mission-critical SAP software.
Maintains the integrity of SAP environment by managing the SAP correction and transport system to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.
Introduces technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
Responsible for correct and efficient usage of business applications, the company’s IT facilities, and networking.
