Managing a client portfolio such that all client needs are dealt with on a timely basis.
Ensuring completion of each assignment to a high quality standard, within budget and on or before deadlines, while controlling the progress of other assignments.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop a sustainable portfolio of clients and grows fee income.
- Establish sustainable business relationships with clients.
- Anticipate the need of the client and acts proactively
- Attain the Revenue goals as per the KPIs
- Generate new Sales as per the KPIs
- Mentor and supports all levels of staff to be motivated and improve performance.
- Develop a sustainable portfolio of clients and grows fee income.
- Demonstrate a confident and decisive attitude in communicating with staff, clients and partners.
