As a Senior HR Manager, you will Support delivery of business objectives through timely and successful delivery of HR processes.
- Provide leadership and consulting support to the leadership team on people matters, reinforcing culture, setting goals, developing policy, and implementing strategic objectives.
- Align organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities to achieve goals.
- Develop the HR department plan and annual budget.
- Analyze and present annual appraisal results with recommended rewards to the CEO for review and approval.
- Prepare salary adjustments, promotions and annual bonus communications for distribution.
- Oversee the successful monthly delivery of payroll by ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, leave and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes.
- Ensure efficient and smooth onboarding and induction processes to minimise attrition and provide the best first impressions of TMM for all new employees.
- Develop and establish HR policies covering all functional areas of HR. Ensure effective communication and implementation of such policies.
- Review and monitor team performance and development; provide regular feedback on performance; set objectives and identify development needs.
