Job Purpose:
• Perform a range of multi-tasking and coordination between departments for local and overseas recruitment
• Support the HR Department in all activities of HR administration in accordance with the established policies and procedures
Job Description:
1.Provide complete administrative support for HR Department in critical functions such as local and overseas recruitment for all NEJOUD brands in multiple markets
2. Prepare travel & hotel bookings required for HR department and support the GRD team for all visa related activities
3.Maintain accurate records of HR documents in Employee personal files or HR department files on regular basis. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of employees, HR transactions and other activities.
4.Monitor employee requests on MAGNAR and support payroll with discrepancies in attendance system.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
