Junior and Senior Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
Sales Associate should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up to date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
Ultimately, the duties of a Junior and Senior Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Achievement
- Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge
- Focus on selling and up selling.
- Knowledge of KPI (Key Performance Indicator-individual and shop targets), Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Guest Experience
- Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs
- Ensure consistency in guest experience delivered and handle all complaints
- Ensure building, maintaining, and using the customer data base.
- Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
- Merchandising
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, and stock rotation
- Implement all merchandising as per the brand visual merchandising guidelines.
- Organizational:
- Follow all relevant Retail policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Take proper and accurate record for all stock, and check prices
- Operation
- Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues. Knowledge of KNET access and cash handling.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained as per guidelines Ensure adherence to safety and security policies Stock Replenishment.
- Other
- Cleaning, prepare stock on hand, participate in inventories.
- Perform other tasks the store in-charge may assign based on the store demands.
- Make Daily Cash Deposits for the stores if requested to do so.
