Objective:
· Pre and post-sales support for Health care solutions sales and service team.
· Conduct end user installation, configuration and demonstrations for HCS customers.
· Establish strong HCS product value in the market with easy to use , reliable and accurate results
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performs medical equipment installation, testing, calibration and repairing biomedical equipment.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
- Directs clinic and healthcare staff by providing equipment operation demonstrations, instruct other healthcare staff how to use equipment and answers questions.
- Prepares biomedical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety tests, recommending and complying with procedures, training and guiding medical and healthcare personnel to comply with codes.
- Negotiate for special medical equipment service, evaluates service contracts and maintains equipment inventories at customer site.
