Job Purpose:
The HR Officer is responsible to provide an administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources function including recruitment ,Payroll ,Onboarding ,Performance Appraisals, Job Descriptions, Training & other General HR Tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter all relevant and available employee information in the HR system, maintain and retrieve employee files.
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and requests for services within established guidelines.
- Track employee’s probation period, initiate and process their probation period evaluation.
- Coordinate and book air ticket for employees’ annual leave as per HR policy and procedure.
- Distribute performance appraisal forms ,collect & follow up on the completion of the process.
- Conduct Exit Interviews and Process clearance for separating employees.
- Maintain pool of qualified candidates and build network to find qualified talented candidates.
- Screen CVs and obtain basic information about the candidate’s experience, technical skills, administration requirements and references from previous employers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for first- and second-line interviewer.
- Follow up with candidates and Prepare job offers, employment contracts and duty commencement forms.
- Coordinate on-boarding for all new employees and ensure all on-boarding requirements are prepared ahead.
- Establish and maintain company and employee payroll records.
- Monitor and verify attendance and overtime and calculate monthly payroll.
