Job Summary Purpose:
- A lot of Job Seekers (mostly Blue Collar) will be reaching out to you through multiple channels - phone calls, e-mails, on WhatsApp, through Facebook.
- You will have to understand what are the expectations of our Clients (The Employer) and how to get them the right fit candidates (Job Seekers)
- You will have to arrange, line-up and conduct Interviews at Client's offices.
- You will have to Negotiate salaries with candidates, and get them to sign the offer letters.
- You will assist and follow-up with candidates till they get On-Boarded with the Employer.
- Overall you will be handling the End-to-End Recruitment Process.

Job Location: Presently in Kuwait, may involve travelling when you are ready for it.
