- Preparation of monthly payroll and ad hoc reports.
- Administration and record keeping of attendance/leaves (all kinds), Over Time, bonuses, etc.
- Familiarity with Kuwaiti labor law regulations and PISS requirements.
- Checks pay results for accuracy of payroll runs.
- Familiar with Bank processes for opening labor bank accounts.
- Responsible for the proper entry, storage, update and security of employee personal data, updating personnel files and employee status changes.
- Responsible for organization management data in ERP.
- Familiar with monthly salary transfer bank upload files.
- Manage the filling process of different documents.
- Preparation of travel authorizations.
- First point of contact for all payroll issues.
- Any other duties/ projects assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
- Respect his job, department and company in accordance to the organization chart and house rules.
- Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the company policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- Be punctual on duty, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
- Maintain high standard quality of work at all times.
- Maintain good rapport and working relationship with co-employee and superior.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, departmental training schedules and other related activities.
- Perform the given task and secondary duties and responsibilities assigned.
- Respond to any changes in your role as it was implemented by the company.
- Maintain positive and motivated attitude at all times.
- Have a full understanding in Operations manual regarding company policies and regulation.
