· Managing all sales activities within the company, find opportunities & chasing sales leads to generate sales.
· Investigate sales lead & find out about them as much as possible before contacting them.
· Stay up to date with the latest sales trends & best practices.
·Implement national holidays & special occasions sales programs by developing field sales promotions.
·Verifying the prices of the products from time to time, know the bestselling, activate the jammed ones in new ways & brilliant ideas.
· Study the local market conditions, & evaluate competitors' activities & prices.
· Maintain professional & technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications.
· Plan to ensure achievement of divisional & personal targets, aligning with company sales policies & strategies.
· Present sales, revenue & expenses reports & realistic forecasts to the management.
· Develop & implement new sales initiatives, strategies & programs to capture key demographics.
· Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base & ensures its strong presence.
· Manage, train, coach, control & motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved & monthly sales targets are met.
