As such, we are looking for a Senior Oracle PLS SQL Developer to join our Information Technology Team.
As the Oracle PLS SWL Developer your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- contribute in cost-efficient usage of resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.
- Adhere to all relevant HSE and Risk management procedures, instructions and controls.
- Provide support regarding database implementations, which could include a customized in-house database and/or a third party application package
- Creating and maintaining the backups
- Preparing program plan and prototype of table structure from the specification
- Writing PL SQL blocks, Stored procedures, functions, triggers etc and debugging; Optimization of sql queries as well as PL SQL blocks
- Provide support to application development team in resolving problems related to the DBMS technology and computing platforms
