- Timely delivery motor / travel / FGA policies to different addresses and through different routes
- Make daily bank deposits
- Take cash on delivery or K-net where appropriate and deposit cash into the bank as instructed by Finance and obtain signatures and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments from Head Office
- Making and receiving customer calls and follow time schedules in efficient manner and ensure that the delivery is done on time
- Track destinations by referring to addresses on documents and given locations.
- Use telephones to deliver verbal messages.
- Plan efficient routes prior to setting out on a delivery job.
- Follow road safety regulations.
- Understand privacy rules and not tamper with package or document
