-Oversee the accurate processing of Retail branches activities in the Bank.
-Oversee proper documentation and system Retail branches entries are correct and complete.
-Conduct an independent assessment of account opening requirements and modification of account information and performs required checks.
-Ensure efficiency and mitigate processing errors in all Retail branches transactions.
-Ensure compliance of accounts opened at Retail branches with approved standards.
-Ensure Proper control over the daily balancing of all Retail branches Products, Retail Financing products.
-Ensure accurate progression of work flow as per Audit views & CBK regulations.
-Review of Retail branches operational procedures in order to ease the workflow.
