• Responsible for supervising the Warehouse team on all warehousing activities related to inventory items while overseeing the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods, performing quality control checks, and maintaining proper inventory levels in the warehouse in line with Mohamed Naser AL-Hajery’s Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure the implementation of the Warehouse’s policies and follow the set procedures in order to achieve the Warehouse’s objectives
• Supervise all Warehouse activities related to inventory items including (but not limited to) receiving, dispatching and Storing Inventory items, while maintaining the Warehouse in a secure and tidy manner at all times.
• Cross-check items carefully upon receiving and verify against the PO and supplier’s invoice/delivery note, ensuring all tally and forward to Finance Department for further processing.
• Ensure Warehouse security by preventing unauthorized access to inventory items stored in the warehouse at all times.
• Separate obsolete and slow-moving items at the warehouse and examine the same periodically for control purposes.
• Ensure Warehouse Inventory is managed on a ‘First in First Out’ (FIFO) bases in order to ensure minimum waste and best Standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse with regards to safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles and recommending improvements or expansions to direct manager.
• Secure warehouse by turning alarms on, testing systems as per Security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the MNH Divisions regarding their requests and requirements in order to enhance the workflow of storing/ dispatching operations and ensure maximum efficiency at all times.
• Coordinate with Procurement Department for resolving complex receiving or storing problems.
• Coordinate with the Direct Manager in defining reporting requirements to ensure proper material auditing systems are in place for compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the Warehousing activities comply with all current local country legislation.
• Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
