- Liaising between IT and the executive branch, improving the quality of IT services, and analyzing business needs.
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

- Managing the requirement of gathering process through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective.
- Conducting user training sessions.
- Preparing process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Preparing functional specifications document.
