- Receive and make receipts for a variety of payments and other cash and cash-related transactions like key net , visa and others.
- Verify and post to appropriate accounts; issue receipts, to the respective customers.
- Prepare cash receipts for bank deposit; prepare daily cash reports and balance the cash drawer; reconcile cash, check, and credit card receipts daily, and investigate and resolve any out-of-balance problems.
- Verify daily, cashier cash transfers from one cash Journal to another.
- Maintain electronic files necessary to generate daily reports.
- Answer telephones, set up accounts, post receipts and file cashiering documents.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
