A leading furniture company in Kuwait is looking to hire a head cashier or an Accountant that is willing to take head cashier responsibilities as below:
- Effectively manage the daily activities and store operations.
- Ensure that the assigned areas in perfect condition throughout the day, and all he cashiers are present in designated POS counters.
- Supervise daily checklist.
- Delegate authority to staff in carrying out their duties.
- Deal with all issues that arise from the staff.
- Ensure supervision, leadership, and guidance to staff at all times.
- Ensure cooperation with other functions is achieved at all levels.
- Handling cash transactions with customers refunds and change.
- Conduct regular spot checks on all the POS machines and solve the problems
- Deal with all issues if customers complaints.
- Maintain neat and tidy check out areas.
- Keep records of all transactions
- Respond to customer complaints and take necessary actions.
- Record daily sales and balance cash registers at the end of the shift
- Maintain knowledge of store inventory and sales activities.
