- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent with the business and user needs and requirements.
- Analyze specific business areas and participate in the definition, development and implementation of projects to meet current and long-range IT plans that span multiple departments.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements, in line with company Policies and Procedures.
- Formulates and defines web development objectives, based on user needs and understanding of business processes.
- Ensures the completeness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the design and implementation of web business solutions.
- Ensure to highlight any gaps identified during analysis and inform Management of the same.
- Interact closely with internal departments to identify and understand the bridge gaps between business needs and critical applications functionalities; define problems; identify requirements and create solutions to meet business needs in collaboration with respective Managers.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and practices while taking into account best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Maintain a solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
