• Knowledge of Industrial Products involving Cranes (EOT, Jib, Gantry, Hoists, etc), Drilling Products, etc.
• Prepare business plans for promoting products handled
• Organize client visits for principals
• Identifying and developing new customers /applications
• Generating new enquiries by frequent customer visits & product influence.
• Collect enquiries from Clients
• Prepare techno commercial bids and have market price analysis
• Involve in Techno-commercial discussions with clients
• Supporting customers with pre/post contract clarifications and warranty
• Receive all required inputs from customer required for offer preparation
• Material inspection and coordinate for warranty issues if any
• Follow-up on payments if delayed
• Coordinate with Expeditor for Order expedition
• Ensure Implementation of Sales procedure within the Section
• Assist, guide and supervise Sr. Sales Engineer.
• Follow up with the customer for payment collection.
• To manage any additional assignment given by the Section Head
