- Receiving calls from customer regarding the health of the ATM’s.
- Updating customer on a day today basis through email or phone the status of the machine.
- Coordinating with ground level people to check whether ATM has been attended for FLM or Replenishment.
- Providing ATM demand through skywalker to CPC.
- Entering all the data pertaining to ATM control room.
- Coordinating with customer for any of the query regarding ATM’s.
- Writing mail to customer for consumables or any other update.
- Must adhere and comply with the G4S health and safety management system and policies and demonstrate where possible pro-active health and safety practices and leadership.
