- Data entree for new potential investor
· Create offers based on information given by the leasing executive
· Request legal documents from the investor
· Create action sheet for legal to issue the contract
· Complete the process of contract signature
· Send an email internal to announce new investor on board
· Update the leasing & financials report
· Receive financials from investors and transfer it to accounts
· Request copies of insurance policies & municipality licensing
· Write correspondences between landlords & investors
· File all documents for each investor
