- Interact with customers and Opening all type of corporate account such as (companies- establishment-charities-government institutions - under establishment companies.)
- Ensuring all received documents are met bank policies and procedures.
- Forward account documents to the BAOU supervisor for checking and signature.
- Process account close in case of zero balance.
- Received the amendment request and preparing the needs as per bank policies and procedures.
- Issue certificates (IBAN /Capital increase / Amend company nature / Under establishment).
- Scanning documents in FX rates system.
- Support branches by attending inquiries and responding to their calls
- Service standards as defined to be adhered at all times.
