Job Summary/Purpose:
Supervise vehicle trade-in evaluation by using software solution in order to provide a vehicle part exchange valuation in line with market prices, ASG policies and procedures, and to maintain and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction with the valuation process at all times.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction with the valuation process through clear communication and explanation of the valuation process to the customers.
• Check trade-in request for customer details, car model, specifications etc.
• Ensure that an accurate report on the condition of the vehicle presented is prepared post evaluation process.
• Ensure that trade-in value of the vehicle is based on the physical condition and mileage of the vehicle.
• Ensure that trade-in prices quoted are in line with market and not underpriced.
• Supervise evaluation of traded car for body, parts, paints and/or damages, abnormal noises, send car to garage in case of major damages.
• Estimate market price of the traded car, add repair charges to the estimated price, negotiate price with customer and close deal after contract is signed by the customer.
• Check documents prepared by the Sales Administrator for submission to the Insurance Company and Traffic Department.
• Prepare and submit daily Evaluation Report to the Manager Certified Cars.
• Conduct research on traded car pricing in the local market.
• Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
• Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.
• Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
• Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
