- Verify all documents and certificates needed for customs clearance duties from related government authorizations such as chamber of commerce, ministries and customs office
- Receive all shipment bills of lading, checks, authorized letters etc. from Treasury department and delivered to concerned agency as per instructions.
- Deposit all payment checks for PWC and ensure of receiving payment orders as mentioned amounts.
- Renew all authorized approvals letters from Chamber of Commerce and industry per all group companies.
- Participate in customs clearance duties when be loaded and as business needs.
- Review shipping documents and ensure the correctness of the information that mentioned.
- Review and verify the GSO – MSDS material safety data sheet information.
- Entering shipment details in the customs system.
- Obtaining the approvals from the required ministries (online).
- Obtaining temporary approvals and closing them after inspecting the shipments.
- Meet the requirements of the procurement / ordering departments.
- Following up with the transportation company to ensure receipt of the shipments and return the empty containers to the port.
- Closing the customs expenses with the cashier.
- Sort and store the customs files that have been cleared from customs.
