We are a newly established company in the field of design and implementation of prefabricated houses. We are working on developing a working team specialized in this field in terms of design and implementation (design and construction).
Functional tasks
This position will be responsible for managing teams and responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and with good results. The Chief Engineer / Project Manager will plan, organize, control and supervise several projects at the same time, which may include research, operational reviews, project planning and design, and construction management.
Responsibilities
- General design, construction supervision, and compliance with approved specifications and plans
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and other personnel as needed
- Preparing project work plans and schedules and obtaining management / client approval
- Follow up and prepare the schedule and budget, study quality and risks, and make adjustments as necessary
- Monitor performance and prepare cost and schedule reports for clients as part of internal reporting processes
- Analyze project management and project delivery risks, and develop contingency plans
- Preparing construction progress reports
- Reviewing and matching laws, regulations and standards

نحن شركة حديثة التأسيس في مجال تصميم وتنفيذ البيوت الجاهزة. نعمل على تطوير فريق عمل متخصص في هذا المجال من حيث التصميم والتنفيذ (التصميم والبناء).
المهام الوظيفية
حيث سيكون هذا المنصب مسؤولاً عن إدارة الفرق ومسؤولاً عن تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد ، وفي حدود الميزانية ، وبنتائج جيدة. حيث سيقوم كبير المهندسين / مدير المشروع بالتخطيط والتنظيم والتحكم والإشراف على العديد من المشاريع في نفس الوقت ، والتي قد تشمل البحث والمراجعات التشغيلية وتخطيط وتصميم المشروع وإدارة البناء.
المسؤوليات
التصميم العام والإشراف على البناء و مطابقة المواصفات و المخططات المعتمدة
قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات من المهندسين والمصممين وغيرهم من الموظفين حسب الحاجة
إعداد خطط وجداول عمل المشروع والحصول على موافقة الإدارة / العميل
متابعة وإعداد الجدول الزمني والميزانية ودراسة الجودة والمخاطر وإجراء التعديلات حسب الضرورة
متابعة الأداء وإعداد تقارير التكلفة والجدول الزمني للعملاء وكجزء من عمليات إعداد التقارير الداخلية
تحليل إدارة المشروع ومخاطر تسليم المشروع ، ووضع خطط للطوارئ
إعداد تقارير سير أعمال البناء
مراجعة و مطابقة القوانين والأنظمة والمعايير
