We are hiring a customer service agent or a call center representative for one of our business at Alghanim Industries.
Working Hours: 8AM TO 5PM
Working Week: 6 days a week
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and handle/solve customer queries and issues.
- Transfer the inbound call to supervisor when it’s required.
- Handle calls in line with Call Centre protocols and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure data is entered correctly into systems and all data requirements are captured.
- Send Knpay links for the customers.
- Claim registration for individuals & corporate.
- Communicate the required inquiry with other departments.
- Answer customer’s queries regarding subs car.
- Perform outbound calls for collection.
