• Experienced in dealing with customers, and has a good knowledge on customer care.
• Ability to handle customer requests, schedule deliveries and customer service requests.
• Basic Knowledge of all new types/Trends of computer and smartphone connected electronics like wearable technology and connected home.
• Ability to Read and Write Arabic and English Languages.
