- To help clients identify and execute against enterprise resource planning needs using Oracle fusion cloud technology.
- To Help clients use Oracle offerings and/or industry specific solutions to solve our client’s business problems in the areas of finance, responsible for trouble shooting and rollout of financial modules.
- Understand customer's business needs and requirements.
- Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions
- Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s)
- Ability to do hands-on design & configuration of Oracle modules on the functional side.
- Application Support, Maintenance, Enhancements for Oracle cloud fusion Financials.
- Gather, Analyze requirements for enhancements and development.
- Prepare support documents for enhancements/ Developments.
- Participate in Change Management discussion.
- Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes) as needed.
