- Delivering high quality solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HR, Payroll, Taleo, Goal Management, Performance Management, and Talent Review and Succession Planning to meet the requirements of the business
- Configure application modules
- Ensuring that Implementation projects follow ‘Best Practice’ guidelines
- Supporting the cross training of consultants with experience in other HR and Payroll applications to Oracle
- Carrying out due diligence exercises for prospective clients
- Maintaining excellent documentation
- defining common application configurations while implementing the payroll.
- Experience in implementing Global core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Oracle's HCM.
- Self-motivated, creative team player with effective communication and leadership qualities.
- Undertake assessments and define the solution blueprint for various scenarios: implementation, upgrade and integration of Oracle Applications.
- Design and deliver Oracle solutions and ensure these solutions are embedded into the client organization.
- Excellence in client handling with good communication skills
- Create functional specification documents with business
