- Prepare the monthly payroll and provide the Finance Department with the required reports to ensure that all measures are taken to safeguard the confidentiality of payment information.
- Resolve any payment related issues ensure payment of employees’ salaries on time.
- Monitor the data entry activities to ensure all documents related to attendance, overtime, and other payments are correctly entered and processed on the payroll system.
- Revise monthly entries on the system against approved documents, verify information, and correct possible errors to secure the accuracy of the payroll process.
- Receive employees’ end of service notification and fulfill the final settlement procedures to settle employees’ accounts.
- Prepare standard reports once the payroll is closed and submit it to the concerned parties within ACICO every month.
- Maintain and update detailed personnel records for all employees, including personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance including holidays and sick leaves, termination date, etc.
- Verify and confirm the leaves' entry on the system with the concerned departments to make sure mistakes are corrected to avoid erroneous records.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Kuwait Labor Law.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee’s personal information.
