· Provide administrative and clerical support to top management
· Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
· Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
· Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
· Arrange for outgoing mail packages to be picked up
· Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly
· Prepare agenda for meetings and take minutes.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
· Make travel and guest arrangements
· Receive and relay telephone messages
· Develop & maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system
· Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Maintain contact list
