- Should have experience in LIMS, Windows 365, Windows 8 and Microsoft Office.
- Should maintain laboratory activities files and records.
- Should maintain planning/scheduling interface requirements as defined by Company/Client.
- Assist Client and Lab engineers to issue reports and follow up documentations, communications and material requisitions and ensure the completeness of the intended requirements.
- Familiar in preparing material requirements for Services, maintain files and records, and update status reports.
- Should keep records for all material location in field and storage room using computerized database and Log Book.
- Should be familiar with preparing and maintaining an up to date inventory report and alert concerned, if any item reaches its reorder level.
- Shall assist Client and Lab Engineers to issue Bills of Materials for material purchasing.
