- Assemble, maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Capable of providing 24×7 support to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid equipment failures and perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs and replacements.
- Should be able to understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenances.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations and follow all technical and health, safety and environment requirements in laboratories.
- Clean and lubricate equipment on regular basis and maintain facility clean, safe and organized.
- Familiar in providing assistance and job trainings to workers when needed.
- Familiar with inventory controlling of equipment spare parts and tools.
- Familiar with keeping records of equipment calibration, maintenance and repair.
- Develop cost reduction initiatives by effective utilization of materials and resources and propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Computer literate, familiar with LIMS, team player and having the skills to communicate to the Company’s personnel
