Warehouse Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator will be involved for the purpose(s) of ensuring that staff utilizes appropriate procedures and safe practices; manage the smooth logistics functioning. He’s responsible in various aspect such receiving, dispatch, utilization and sorting of goods and materials in the stockroom/warehouse. Involve in all inventory related function.
Essential Functions:
1. Keeping and maintaining accurate records of all the inventory and stock as per co procedure.
2. Authenticating the goods in the received delivery and maintaining note of any discrepancies.
3. Coordinating the receiving and dispatch of goods with transporters and suppliers.
4. Ensuring the proper handling and storage of goods and supplies.
5. Following all safety regulation and legal documentation per company policy pertaining to warehousing.
6. Responsible in specific activities will includes implementing a warehouse system to support the project; developing and implementing a local procurement system for equipment, supplies and services to support activities; defining and arranging all necessary measures to international procurement plan for equipment, supplies and services.
7. Assists other personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
8. Coordinates and interface between logistics function such as transportation, and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer.
9. Composes a variety of materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
10. Supervising, monitoring the counting, labeling and tag allocation of each items as supplies and deliverables.
11. Conducts physical inventories for the section supplies for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses, stocks equipment and supplies for maintaining requires inventory level.
12. Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of gathering information required to perform functions.
13. Following orders and completing all the assigned tasks as delegated by the Supervisor in Charge.
