ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Transaction execution.
• Oversee checking and verification processes
• Ensure processes are followed
• Ensure exceptions are authorized/approved
2. Productivity
• Measure productivity through daily monitoring
• Compare with the targets and priorities set and make adjustments to work procedures and duty allocation
3. Change management
• Develop procedures and processes which are cost effective and improve efficiency
• Implement new procedures and processes through guiding and training staff
4. MIS, systems and recording
• Manage databases and ensure they are accurate and store data effectively Provide MI to internal users
• Ensure reconciliations/summaries are complete
5. Customer service
• Advise customers on transactions and support them in protecting their interests against frauds.
6. Service level agreements
• Ensure all required service standards are met
• Ensure transactions for the day are processed in line with service level agreements
7. Corporate Governance and compliance
• Work fully within risk policies and procedures and all compliance regulations
