• Perform Project Management tasks working business as the first point of contact, coordinating project activities for cross-functional teams.
• Handle multiple fit-out projects and provide progress/status reports on regular basis.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop cost effective plan & schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Manage Project budget
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Accurately track and report project task, activity, documentation, and time tracking.
• Ensure project documents are complete , current and stored/shared with the team appropriately
• Ensure Complete handover to Business Units and Facilities Management operations
