• Finding best incoterms and payment terms inline with finance dept requirements
• Finding new/reliable Suppliers for all powders/chemical
• Getting the pre-approvals done for powders/checmicals with QA/R&D/logistics
• Finding new options and technologies for cost cutting initiatives with R&D
• In material nonconformity, CIR to be raised with supplier and corrective action
• Maintain Data for all the approvals, prices and NCRs
• Quarterly briefing to be clubbed for procurement dept. and shared with MGMT.
• Analysis to decide on what to hedge forward and what to procure ad hoc
• Continuous reading & familiarisation with latest market developments & practises
• To suggest & recommend procurement straegy to Procurement Manager
