Americana is recruiting for our Casual Dining Brand TGI Fridays in Kuwait. The opening is for a ‘Waiter’ who will guarantee TGI Fridays the promise of a great dining experience to life for our guests by providing friendly attentive service that allow them to relax and enjoy their experience. Someone who will take pride in embodying and preserving our value of; ‘Customer Obsession’.
What you’ll do:
• Greet Guest and introduce self within the appropriate brand standard time
• Set places at dining tables, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Ensure and maintain table appearance throughout experience; remove used or unnecessary plates, paper products and clean ashtrays.
• Write all orders down, using pivot point seating. Repeat back all orders.
• Ring order on Point of Sale system within the appropriate brand standard time using pivot point.
• Build rapport with guests; answer inquiries about menu, attends to wishes of guest, ask questions to identify the experience the guest desires.
• Proactively deal with guest complaint; ideally come up with solution for service recovery.
• Suggestively sell beverages, as well as soup/salad/appetizers and deliver within appropriate brand standard time since ringing order on Point of Sale.
• Appetizer plates delivered with beverages.
• Present desert menu and deliver as per the brand standard time
• Thank customers warmly and request coming back
