Americana is recruiting for our Casual Dining Brand TGI Fridays in Kuwait. The opening is for a ‘Busser’ who will welcome TGI Friday guests like family and builds connections by interacting with guests and understanding their needs.
What you’ll do:
• Proactively maintains table readiness in the dining room by cleaning and resetting tables when guests leave.
• Maintains cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot.
• Checks cleanliness of the bus stand, sets up the bus stand, restocks and prepares bus stand for shift change and/or close.
• Checks high chairs and booster seats for cleanliness.
• Empties trash and spot sweeps the restaurant and bar floor.
• Aids Guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refills beverages.
• Assists team members in clearing used items as needed to ensure table readiness to meet guest volume.
• Communicates with managers and team members to ensure guest requests, questions, or complaints are handled promptly.
• Sorts used plates, glasses, and silverware by hand in the dish machine area to assist dish machine operators in their cleaning duties.
• Stocks appropriate supplies in the service station to assist team members in providing guest service.
• Delivers on Team Support of Service Delivery expectations
